General Info
The “Marzo delle Steam” course has fascinated pupils of the fourth and fifth grades of the Primary School and first and second grades of the I Grade Secondary School.
Educational electronics and elementary engineering labs with Littlebits electronic modules have created objects such as temperature sensors, fans, sirens, bells, moving elements on wheels, assembling the colored electronic components that can be connected by magnetic connectors.
Magnetism and robotics with the kit elements of Lego We.Do, Strawbees, LittleBits have offered students the opportunity to experience science and technology while having fun.
Audience and Educational Framework
Educational Details
Elementary school boys and girls applied and tested the concepts of magnetism. They experimented multiple configuration with Lego We.Do. Secondary school girls and boys turned into little engineers who bring their ideas to life with Littlebits electronic modules, building objects such as temperature sensors, fans, sirens, bells, moving parts on wheels, assembling colored electronic components together.
To allow all students to "live" laboratory experiences, the teachers of scientific and technological subjects, in the role of observers and motivators, left the students in their experimentation space; the discovery, the evaluation of the error and the resolution pass therefore through a peer learning experience as a precious resource.
