An attempt was made for an experiential approach to the lesson of Ancient Greek tragedy. Dramatization of small texts of ancient theater works took place at the Roman Odeum of Patras (Aeschylus’ Prometheus Desmotis, Euripides’ Trojan Women, Sophocles’ Antigone, Aristophanes Ecclesiazouses and Wealth). The process of voting, selecting, and awarding the winner of the dramatic games was also simulated. Also, machines of the ancient theater were made and decorated ("deus ex machina" and "periaktoi").
