This paper deals with an educational interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary scenario on food quality and safety, focusing on controls during the preparation of plant products and the usefulness of automated food sorting machines.

Stengthening European Cultural Heritage through STEAM

The practice is one of the preliminary results of an ongoing international collaboration of 6 countries, Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Croation and Poland, based on an Erasmus+KA229 project entitled “STEAM Strengthens European Cultural Heritage” as well as its corresponding eTwinning project.

"This policy aims to provide guidelines for the implementation of the Erasmus+ Programme. In particular, it aims at increasing attractiveness of STEM by reforming STEM curricula with STE(A)M approach, and at increasing levels of achievement and interest in STEM by developing national STEM strategies, and as far as VET is concerned, it aims at designing VET provisions focusing on job specific skills, key competences, soft skills as well as STEM."
