Project Determination of physico-chemical parameters of water

Within this project, the students from the 7th grade, from the Gymnasium School Nr. 1 Moisei-Romania, coordinated by biology teacher Sovan Dan, were grouped in teams of 4 students, to determine physico-chemical parameters (pH, hardness, nitrites-nitrates, dissolved oxygen concentration) to water harvested from different sources: water from the tap, fountain water, river water. Following the experiments, the students determined the degree of pollution and the water quality, from the point of view of drinking.
