Lack of STEM skilled professionals: 6% of College/ Highschool (Batxillerato) students in Catalunya opt for an ICT study. Only 1 out of 5 participants is a girl. For professional education (FP) this is even worse. Organizations need more incoming STEM oriented curriculums and capture talent to increase their competitiveness.
